Set to last until 2020, Erasmus+ doesn't just have
opportunities for students. Merging seven prior programmes, it has
opportunities for a wide variety of individuals and organisations.
The aim of Erasmus+ is to contribute to
the Europe 2020 strategy for
growth, jobs, social equity and inclusion, as well as the aims of ET2020, the EU's strategic framework for education and training.
Erasmus+
also aims to promote the sustainable development of its partners in the field
of higher education, and contribute to achieving the objectives of the EU Youth
Strategy.
We’ve
already done the first Erasmus+ meeting with some 3rd ESO students of
our project in Mont de Marsan, France, from the 4th to the 10th
of February 2018. The host country has made us feel really HAPPY, not only STUDENTS but also teachers. We all visited
the extraordinary well-equipped and modern facilities of the Lycée des métiers de l’Automobile et du
Transport Fréderic Esteve, we did some practice in the workshops, we were
taken on for a ride on a big lorry and we even drove a car! We talked about
ourselves, our schools and countries, we worked together and we also had time
to visit Mont de Marsan, Biarritz and Bayona. C’était magnifique!!

2nd ERASMUS+ MEETING
Sharing makes us happy!
This time we’ve
been in Przygodzke, Poland, with five students from 3rd ESO: Paula
Font, Ona Gómez, Marta Mangue, AnilaPadrós and Adrià Pons and two teachers,
Glòria Sol and Neus Hidalgo, between the 6th
and 12th of May 2018. Once again together with Polish,
Portuguese, French and German students, we worked happily through music, sport
and arts. Polish students performed the Declaration of the Constitution of 3
May 1791, an important date in Poland. France won the logo contest with a very
original proposal; we all played rugby and beach volleyball in the fantastic
school field. A German student was awarded for being the most participative in
sportive activities. We danced to traditional Polish music; we performed a Catalan
folk stick dance, we tried to do human towers… and guess what! Our song won the
Eurovision contest!!! We were so happy!!!
We all mixed to evaluate sportive and musical
activities and we also worked hard to create the Erasmus+ Project song, which
sounded really well. Our leisure and cultural visits included the city of
Wrocław with its Japanese park Sczytnicki, Gołuchów Castle and Wydymacz Natural
Reserve in Antonin with barbecue included.
1... 2... 3!!
New Year and new ERASMUS+ meeting in
Germany! Let’s work!
On our first day, during our visit in Aachen, the Mayor welcomed us in the magnificent Town Hall and we could take a quick look at the hall where Macron and Merkel would sign an agreement the following day. The second day left us shocked after our visit to Vogelsang, at the top of Eifel National Park, an educational center for future Nazi leaders. Other visits included Köln and Bonn, Germany’s former capital, and house of the amazing German History Museum. The project tasks allowed us to learn about various vocational studies and educational schemes to guide students in the different countries. But the hardest task was to take part in the job contest organized by German students on Friday in which students and teachers had to apply for a job and show their skills in order to be the best hair stylist, architect, mechanic, doctor, florist and visual artist. What a job!! However, the farewell party proved that we enjoyed being together sharing experiences and celebrating that our student Fritze was given a prize as the best Erasmus+ student for her implication in the activities.
4th meeting in Portugal
ScienceTechnologyEngineeringMaths LA GARRIGA (20-24 January 2020)
This time we were hosting students from four different countries... how exciting!! We were thrilled to meet our friends again and in order to be up to standard with the meeting's topic, we all worked using IT. This was the result of an unforgetable meeting:
